Qualifying for Cash Loans is Easier Than You Think
You’re struggling to makes ends meet and payday is just too far away. What should you do?
You might have thought about applying for a cash loan but didn’t do it because you thought the process would be long-winded and complicated. However, applying for a loan is simple and easy if you know what documentation to bring with you.
A qualified loan officer with a finance company or bank needs to verify your income, assets, expenses, residence and identity to approve your loan. Some institutions also require a repayment plan and how you plan to spend the cash loan. So before you head to the lender, gather these items:
1. Proof of identification. Your driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate or student I.D. are all acceptable forms of identification.
2. Proof of residence. Bring a bill — prefereably your electric, home phone or insurance bill — with your name and address on it.
3. Your income for the last 30 to 60 days. If you’re self-employed, bring last year’s tax return statement.
4. Proof of assets, such as bank statements or a statement of the equity in your home.
5. An itemized list of your expenses.
By bringing these items with you when you apply, you’re one step ahead of the game. Getting that cash loan will be even easier because of it!
